How everyone new year???
My CNY most important day is eve and the 1st day... Cause i have to cook new year dish for this 2days ....
Dont supprise, i use 2weeks to plan this new year eve dinner leh...
100213 Saturday CNY eve...
I nearly stay in the kitchen from 9-6pm, like office hour... Cause my hubby wanted to eat "jui hu char" all the laddies in our house have to help up cut the Jimaca and carrot, say without that is not like CNY wor... ( but every now and then i got cook for him one leh...) We cut about 2-3kgs of yam bean plus carrot, the amount of we cooked i think is whole day supply of a nyoya restaurant...
After the jiu hu char.. Is time for new year eve dinner ...

Aballone with mushroom, i purposely boiled the "xiang tong" 上汤 for the sauce leh...
Prawn in Chilli salt
Scallops fried Lotus
Fish maw fried eggs
Crab meat taufu in sweet and sour sauce with "mun tao"
Herbal chicken in coconut
100214 Sunday.. First day of CNY... Today we will eat vegetarian for half day hahahaa....... I didnt manage to take photo for the vegetarian, so we skip to dinner ..... We eat Sang har mee today....
